Frequently asked questions

How to buy a ticket to Russia without a Russian card, what you can pay with, and why the booking happens in a messenger.

How can I buy a ticket on a Russian airline without a Russian bank card?

Through an agency. Russian carriers do not accept foreign cards on their own websites, but an agency issues the ticket itself and takes payment by a card issued outside Russia. You pick the flight here, the manager confirms the seats and sends a payment link.

Which cards can I pay with for a flight to Russia?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express issued outside Russia — Israeli, European, American. A Russian card is not needed at any step.

Why is the booking done on WhatsApp or Telegram instead of a button on the site?

Because seats and fares on Russian carriers are confirmed by hand, and paying with a foreign card does not go through an ordinary buy button. The manager checks the flight, holds the booking and sends the payment link in the same chat. There is no payment form on this site, and there should not be one.

Is it safe to pay through a link sent in a messenger?

The payment is processed by the Israeli provider EasyCard (e-c.co.il): you enter your card on their page, not in the chat and not on this site. We never receive or store card details. Never dictate a card number in a conversation — to us or to anyone else.

Are there direct flights from Israel to Russia?

Yes — Russian carriers fly non-stop from Tel Aviv. Which cities and which airlines is shown by the search on the home page: the catalogue is kept by hand and checked against published schedules.

How do I fly to Russia from Germany, Canada, the US or the UK?

There is no direct service from those countries. The trip is built from two legs: a foreign airline to a hub (Istanbul, Belgrade, Yerevan, Dubai and others), then a Russian airline from the hub into Russia. We sell the second leg; you buy the flight to the hub yourself.

Which airlines fly to Russia, and from where?

The catalogue holds 11 Russian carriers and 47 departure cities, flying into 8 cities in Russia. The full list is on the home page and on each airline's page.

How much does a ticket cost, and why is there no price on the site?

The manager quotes the price in reply to your request. The fare depends on the date, seat availability and the carrier's rules, so a number on the site would differ from the one the ticket is issued at. We would rather show no price than a wrong one.

What do I get after paying?

An e-ticket from the Russian airline in your name — the same one you would get buying directly. Until payment the manager holds the booking and confirms it with the carrier.

What details do you need for a booking?

For the request — only where from, where to and rough dates. Passport details are asked by the manager in private once the flight is chosen. This site collects no passports, no dates of birth and no card numbers.

Can I refund or change the ticket?

Under the fare rules of the airline you fly: some fares charge for changes, others cannot be refunded at all. The manager states the rules of your particular fare before payment — ask before you pay.
