What the request form does

The form sends nothing anywhere on its own. It builds a message out of the fields you filled in and opens WhatsApp or Telegram on your device. You send it yourself, from your own messenger.

None of it reaches our servers: the site has no database and no form handler. From there the conversation lives in your messenger and with the manager, under WhatsApp's or Telegram's own rules.

What we do not collect

Passport details, dates of birth and card numbers are never asked for on this site. If they are needed to issue a ticket, the manager will ask in the private conversation.

There are no analytics counters, tracking pixels or advertising trackers on the site. The site sets no cookies.

One exception, for convenience: when a page opens, the site asks the host which country the request came from and pre-fills the departure field with a city there. The country is derived from the IP address on Vercel's side, is not stored and is not linked to anything; the site never asks for your device's location. The pre-filled value can be changed, and the form still sends nothing on its own.

Technical logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Like any host, Vercel keeps technical records of requests: IP address, time, page address, browser type. These exist to run and protect the service and are unrelated to requests you send us.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another country with a data protection law, you have the right to ask what data of yours we hold and to have it corrected or deleted. Since requests only ever live in the conversation with the manager, please write to the same channel.
