What the agency is responsible for
The agency puts the route together, issues the ticket and takes the payment. The flight itself is operated by the airline, and the airline's own rules on baggage, refunds, changes and delays apply in full.
The site itself sells nothing: it is a catalogue of operating routes and a request form.
